But if you do, here's a few tips that you really need to know before you get involved with these jerks.

If you decide to talk to somebody and you actually purchase some credits be sure to look for something that you can click that does not allow them to just simply refinance your credits as soon as you get low. That happened to me and it's not very obvious where that clickable option is. So be aware. ALSO, if you choose to actually speak to another member and decide to go with the one-week premium membership for $7.99, which is a waste by the way, be sure to look for the non-repeating debit option which they invoked even though my premium trial membership had been abandoned halfway through that week and I deleted my profile but was still charged the following week.

And then, if you have a question or if you need to rectify the situation good luck on finding customer service. I sent three emails and eventually went into the PayPal Resolution Center to get my money back because there was no customer service available.

The pretty girls that I spoke with all asked me to go to another site to talk with them and oddly enough they didn't feel comfortable talking without getting some form of ID and a credit card number. They show the same profiles over and over and when they do add a new person that might catch your eye that's the person that asks you to add more information outside of the site. Take my advice and save yourself the headache. It's a joke, and it's not an inexpensive joke either. Watch yourselves, BADOO IS Just BAD.

Listen to what this guy wrote. I had much the same experience. You cannot get through to customer service unless you really put in some massive effort, and they are really useless. Say goodbye to any recurring subscription charges as you'll never get a refund without paypal help or a credit card charge-back. It's pretty fraudulent how badoo works.
