Warning: do not use this site. I tried to close my account and it has been a nightmare. Their customer service is in India with heavy accents and always a lot of noise. I've talked to them 3 times and a supervisor. I've given them my email address etc. spelled out letter by letter, 5 times. They told me there had been many attempts at hacking my account and for $300 they could clear it up. I declined and they hung up on me. I've given up and they still attempt to get payment from my account. At my bank's advice I've had to cancel my credit/debit card. They simply will not cancel my membership. If anyone knows whom I should report them to please let me know.

Thank you immensely ... I didn't make quite as badly as you ...
Have you tried going to your state's Comsumer Affairs or Comsumer protection office ...

From the vary first ... these guys just didn't "feel" right to me ... they certainly are after each member's money, and it doesn't surprise me ... to join, I set up a credit card with a 12 month expiration date ... if they try to break through that ,,, the Credit Card company will automatically pursue them fraud
