Christian Mingle's new platform takes away user control. In order to re-gain control one must contact customer service and most likely begin again with all new inputs. Picture approval is over 2x as long and no longer accessible to control which one is primary...they choose! They take your money immediately before the profile is approved. Had a hard time getting my user name separate from my real name...needed to begin all over again and contact customer service for a myriad of actions.
