E harmony provided very few candidates and the process was extremely slow. When I tried to cancel I was put through an unbelievable battery of questions. At one point I had to ask "Why are you making this so difficult"? All I wanted to do was cancel and it took over 10 minutes on my dime. They don't have a toll free number.

This was my experience too. Very few matches, long and tedious process and OLD, they were matching me with men 15 to 20 years older then I. When I asked to drop the age range I was told they could not change it to decrease my possibilies but COULD change it to increase my possibilities...like quantity was better then quality. I asked for a refund and got it after I was subjected to a "Give it a little more time" talk....why? so I could be as old as the matches they found when it was all said and done? No thanks! Eharmony was not for me!

I get exasperated each time I use the EHarmony website. It times me out when I switch categories even when I've been writing a response. When I signin again, I'm back at square 1.
