Unable to register

I have been trying to register with LL for a week without success.

First, they require a picture, but multiple attempts have not succeeded in uploading a picture. (granted, I'm not a pro at this)

Second, I have sometimes gotten a Login page, with my email address and a filled-in password. When I click Login, I am told that the email address or password is invalid. When I clicked Forgot password, I am told the my email address is not recognised, even though it was displayed.

Five or six Contact us requests for help have led to no response. Is there any way to get some help with this?
