They unreasonably limit the types of photos you can post (no pets, group photos, involved in activites....unless the photo shows a close-up of you (and not just for the primary pic) They claim to have alot of members, but many haven't logged on in over 60 days. They keep you listed as active even when your membership has expired. Their claim is that these people are just taking a break. Sure...all 30% of your members?!?! Terrible customer service. You are better off on Match.
