On Coomeet I thought I was getting a free trial but they charged me $60 right away.

How do I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

I email their customer support at support@coomeet.com but get no response!

I accidentally clicked on the 100 dollar button and was billed 100$ right away. I immediately sent the financial support (in coomeet messages) a message, and also gave a request for refund in this link.

https://comewel.com/index.html

Just search refund in coomeet and you will get here. The financial services does give replies, and they seem to be processing the refund request. "It takes 10 business days to process the application for a refund" - I'm still waiting if they will accept my refund request. Even if accepted, they have said that refund will take 20 days, after it is initiated. So, waiting for what happens..

Free advice: Don't think about clicking those buttons with 5$ 10$ 100$ in that site, unnecessarily. They will directly debit the amount from your card with 1 click.

I will try to give an update here if I get a refund or not. Other than this, I find the service commendable. They have very cute and open girls, I have had a very good time with them in this website. If I get the proper refund, I will forever be a loyal customer. We will see.

I'm currently in the same position as "some-guy" trying to get $100 refunded. I'll update in the future with what happens. Currently waiting for my application to be confirmed.

Update: I received an email informing me my refund has been approved and should be expected in 10-12 days. I will update when I get it or when 12 days have expired. Whichever comes first.

Update 2: Refund came through today. With the exception of a £5 transaction/exchange fee as Im not in the US I got the full amount back. This fee was mentioned when I applied for the refund. If anyone reads this and has further questions I'll try and check back occasionally. Otherwise at least we know refunds are possible from coomeet, but it's probably a good idea to enter your card details manually everytime you make a payment to avoid a situation like this.
