I've downloaded the OurTime iTunes mobile app and when I try to log on it 'never' takes my password.

I've changed my password 3 times! this is very frustrating.

When I access the official site my password works fine.

please advise.

Some of the dating services require you to create a separate account on the app.

This is not the case with Ourtime, according to their help It says you should be able to sign into the iPhone Ourtime app using the same username and password.

“You can sign up and create a profile directly from the app, or if you're already a member you can sign in with your existing username and password.”

You might have to contact their customer care directly to get this one figured out.
