I did not find that they did a good job at matching. However, I found the BIGGEST problem with the site to be the auto-renewal system. Do not count on it working. Though I'm absolutely sure that I went through the cancellation process, eHarmony representatives claimed that there was no record of my auto-renewal cancellation and they did not care to reimburse me for the additional month I was billed even though I notified them immediately of the mistake. Base on my experience (in the past and now), eHarmony notified me quite often with advertisements, when they wanted me to join or to renew my canceled membership. They even notified me once they had billed me for an additional month (and it was too late to cancel). However, they never sent one message prior to billing me for an additional month. For this reason, I would not recommend the site. E-harmony does not live up to its name as far as customer service is concerned.
