I joined Stitch about 2 months ago and now I'm a full member. For anyone 50 years and over looking to meet their neighbors and make new friends online, Stitch is a great place to get involved. Unlike many sites that are focused on dating, Stitch is a community dedicated to helping members find the companionship they need. Some people join looking for romance, while others are seeking friendships, support, or forums to discuss everyday topics like dealing with loneliness or grief, gardening tips, and good books to read. The site is quite active, reaching people in the USA, Great Britain, and Australia. It's great for community chat and group virtual meet-ups. The support staff works hard to keep everything legitimate. Not every request I made received a response, but the ones I did receive were very good. Those who join for free have limited access to the features. The membership is very reasonable and the site deserves support.
