It's a scam site ran by a scam company. The company behind it is Cupid Media Pty Ltd that is based in Australia and run the same scam across different sites with different names.

Most of the accounts on the site are fake accounts that are ran by Cupid Media itself. They use real pictures and information stolen from other sites or from real users who signed up but cut off their accounts. And then they use your information to operate these ghost and fake accounts.

I signed up for an account, uploaded a picture. Immediately I start getting "message" notification emails from obviously fake accounts. Next day I try to login and notice that they had locked me out of the account. I sent them a message asking why I can't log in anymore. They ignored it. I send another message, and the person responding says because they can. Now who knows who they're "messaging" using my picture and information and suckering into paying them.
