I may have thrown £120 down the drain and got a better result than this load of cobblers. Having to rely on their pretentious "scientific" approach means you get almost nothing.

The most important thing missing is the choice of checking anyone who these people do not deem "matches". They could decide that no one matches you, and therefore you see no one at all. When complaining about this, they advise you to widen your age group (I don't want youngsters or much older people) and the distance (you're only allowed 200km maximum anyway), and I don't want to drive more than 50km if I can help it.

Having spent a month on it, I have to suffer another 11 months of hopelessness.
