“Our initial work has focused on increasing the monetization of these brands". Not helping our base. Not improving our customer service, etc.....No! Their initial work has been designed to sucking more money out of its customers. Their sites work on making it as difficult as possible to cancel a subscription. lie about how many active users/profiles they actually have, and then try to intimidate those that are their customers into paying rather than help them. Nice Work A$$hats. Maybe Geronimo should date Mandy over at PoF/Tinder/OKC/Match and they can destroy more people's lives.
