This site is a real scam. They want you to create an account and at the end if you don't pay you can't use the site and have left all your data and photos. Besides it you want to have some access to the site of course you need to pay, the problem is that it is by credit card with automatic renewal and you won't be able to cancel the renewal. Other thing is they send you blurred photos of so called people who want to contact you. B.S. Don't go there, don't waste your time or money. Look for another site. I live in Mexico so here it is in spanish:
Este sitio es una verdadera estafa. Ellos quieren que crees una cuenta y al final si no pagas no puedes usar el sitio y ha abandonado todos sus datos y fotos. Además de ello si quieres tener algún acceso al sitio tienes que pagar, el problema es que es por la tarjeta de crédito con la renovación automática y no podrías cancelar la renovación. Otra cosa es ellos le envían fotos veladas de las personas supuestas que quieren ponerse en contacto con usted. Mentiras! No vaya allí, no gastes tu tiempo o dinero. Busque otro sitio.

Hola. Tengo el mismo problema con esta pagina que a penas use nunca y la cual crei que luego de pagar la primera vez, no tendria que pagar mas, como Tinder, al no ser que desses pagar por obtener una especie de bonus.
Resulta ser que he recibido un email donde me exigen pagar una cifra alta de dinero, supuestamente a causa de que no he pagado, y es que parece que no han podido sacarme mas dinero ya que mi tarjeta de banco se deterioro hace unos dos meses atras , creo y tuve que pedir por una nueva y como nunca entro a este sitio pues, nunca update mis informaciones y es por eso que me exigen pagar.
Intente entrar en mi cuenta para probar detener esto. Eliminar mi cuenta del todo, pero no me deja entrar sin antes pagar. Que me aconsejan hacer?? Gracias de antemano.

I totally agree. I live in SA and have been struggling to cancel my "membership", which I have giving notice in writing that I don't want the service, and now I have received a demand from some bogus debt collection agency abroad for money! What a joke. Stay far away, this is a scam. If you paid by card, cancel your card and get a new one issued. Otherwise they will keep on deducting even if you have cancelled with them. There are plenty better sites out there.

I am having the exact same problem trying to cancel the membership. They tell you to fax if you keep on at the website they will eventually give you a fax number and details of what to do. I have done this and then I come back to me and say that they are the wrong department and they cannot help me. There is no cancellation button in the app. They keep sending you in a loop. Can anybody help how to cancel?
