I have signed up as a member only for a month. Now I have send three emails to cancel my membership, what a battle, after informing be2 customer care services to cancel my membership you still keep on trying to deduct the monthly subscription fee from my bank account. After informing you so many times to cancel it, and I have to pay banking costs for you not canceling my membership!!! I don't think its fair, you are quick to sign people on membership but when a person want to cancel you are not so quick to do so, I don't want to be a member anymore so how many times must I ask you to cancel it????? And don't ask me if I had follow the instructions, my email went through to you THREE times. So PLEASE just cancel my membership. This site is also just another money making thing. Sorry to say but this is my experience. Thank you.
