This site is TERRIBLE. I have been on a few different sites, & this one promises to do the most in-depth searches, promises to be there when I needed them, etc. etc. The truth: customer service reps are ALL over - popping out of the woodwork - UNTIL you subscribe. Then, it's good luck locating ANYone if you have a question. None of my matches were anywhere near what I was looking for - even with simple things like age & distance. Forget about the smaller details - I constantly received matches that they even admitted were "outside of my preferences". I truly think they fool you with the long questionnaire to make you believe they look deeper than other sites. Meanwhile, you can't even see whether someone is divorced or never been married! I wish I had never signed up for this site - I had MUCH better success on Match & Ok Cupid. I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone!!!
