Great Expectations promises much, but delivers little. They play to the concept that you are going to get individual tailored attention seeking a match, but once they have your money, you are left out to hang. Their site has very few candidates. After I paid and saw what I was offered, I had no desire to have a first date with any of them. I tried ti get my money back, but they had stalled for 3 days, just long enough so my credit card company could not cancel the purchase. I contacted Lisa Madigans office and they did investigate, but came to the same conclusion that the contract small print made in valid.
Run from this company as fast as you can. Match.com is many times better. I went on several dates with Match.com and found a wonderful woman.

This company is under the name of Chicagoland singles,they pester you after you inquire till you go see them . I had recently broken up with a person I was dating they called so I went in thinking I would find out what they had to offer.
After arriving at 2:30 pm I was finally leaving & 7:30 pm, and was talked in to a 2 year contract . I did not see the site online for 10 days and it was of women all over country. by the time they called me back, and changed to Schaumburg area and I saw it there were 90 to 95 % of people inactive and they explained these people are dating someone. I asked where the people near me that were promised and they could not tell me any . Past there 3 day limit to get out of this contract they said I am stuck with it . Everyone I would even try to date is over 1 1/2 hours to 4 hours away drive one way. this is not what I was promised and they are phony once the get your money. I have had 1 terrible date in over 9 months.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
