Bought 1 year Platinum membership from Shaadi.com for my sister but due to some reasons I was not able to use it, didn't log in to account for 1 year and Shaadi.com also doesn't care once they got the money. No reminder email was sent, no reminder SMS, no call for account expiry was sent. And then just after the day account expired, started receiving calls from them twice everyday, so that they can loot me again. With same reasons we are sorry, next time it won't happen, we will personally handle your account blah blah.

P.S - Stay away from this site. They just need your money. Once they have it, they don't care.
