I just registered 4 days ago at Be2 dating site..08/12/2016 When i started my registration and making and account subscription there is a choices of membership fee and I choose the 6 months subscription and that time the prices that was showing was cheap and offered a promo so i clicked the cheapest i thought that was it..and then i just saw in my bank account i paid $234 70 australian dollar.I was so shocked that how that it happened and I been sending email to them and the reply is not relevant I want to cancell my subscription and i want my money refunded back to my bank account i havent use it anyway havent spoken to anyone there Is there anyone that could help me with my concern and do something as i would like to refund my money..Please..Thank you

Does anyone have a email address for this company as I to joined the other day and everyone on there is fake I have sent emails to the customer care and had nothing back want to cancel my membership I only joined for one month thank god but what a waste of money and time if anyone can help please let me know thanks

Seems like all of us here have been stung by this dam company, I too have been emailing them back and forth and now I am in the process of canceling my membership, I received an email from them two days ago instructing me on how to cancel my membership they said I needed to attach a signed emailed with my signiture, I thought wtf so what I did is I signed my signature on a note pad paper and wrote my name underneath and then sent them an email canceling my membership with all the info they wanted and attached the signed note pad paper, has anyone had to do this I mean seriously. Also they did charge me for 6 months membership which I couldn't believe because there's no way I could afford 6 months I would of clearly gone for the cheapest which is I thought was 1 month membership so, then I contacted my bank and they said they would investor gate it and then I got my money back and I was happy then I received an email from Be2 asking me to pay them omg! I'm not going to pay them but, I am concerned that I don't get a bad credit rating because of this jerk of a dating site.
