Outpersonals Lack of Maintaining Web Site

I have used Outpersonals for some time now, not without difficulties happening now and then. At one point quit because of the lack of support and customer services - totally lacking. Now the system has been having problems with freezing or disconnecting cam's for no reason. Now the IM/CAM stopped working 2 weeks ago - again no support, no followup, no assistance to users to know if and when the web will be fixed. Over the past two years Outpersonals has declined in efficiency, clients and reliable connections.
