Salaam'alaikum sisters and brothers,

I just want to say something important here. Muslima is a good site because of the quality of the members. It should be for marriage only not friendship. I have been on the site for long. I met one or two "rea" men, and one of them only was a good man. I mean.. I've been through hundred of profiles.

However, I want you all to remember this, I'm a good woman and there on Muslima looking for a husband. You're good people too (and that's why you're angry and disappointed). My point is, since we're here complaining, there must be some at Muslima who feel the same, well, very few I know, but they are there, so not ALL of the men and women there are liars adn losers. I mean.. what can I do if I need to get married? It's hard for an Arab woman like me to find a partner in Saudi Arabia where I live. Men and women here hardly meet, so I need the online thing.

If there is a better site that you recommend please let me know.

I guess we Muslims really need a better online service that helps us getting married.

I pray that you all find your loving and loyal partners, and please pray for me.

Well, this site clearly says that it is not exclusively for marriage as it allows "friends" and that's why I won't join this website because al7amdulillaah I got to find out this before joining. Perhaps you could try more practicing websites such as PureMatrimony wallaahu a3lam.

As for the challenges your are facing in KSA, it is the reality wallaahulmusta3aan. Unfortunately, even online may not necessarily help you because your country's (political) policies make it extremely difficult (if not impossible) for non-Saudi men to marry Saudi women. Furthermore, even if a non-Saudi man somehow gets to marry a Saudi woman, life won't be smooth as the man's iqama could be revoked anytime, his children won't be admitted to University and so many unnecessary risks and worries to add to one's life.

You are right about your concerns but as there are players there are serious people using the website. It takes a lot of effort to find someone worth spending life with.
