eHarmony Free Communication weekend is not free.

It is canned communication. Please explain that at the top.

No it is free but you must first go through the guided communication process. This is where you answer questions designed to break the ice and be able to learn more about your match. Once you each answer a couple of questions you are then free to communicate via email.

This is the same process in which paid members go through as well except they do have the option to go to straight to email if they want.

The guided communication process is designed to increase the chance of a successful match.
