I too found yahoo personals a big fraud. I was suppose to have 7 days free,however if you read the fine print they need 24 hours notice to cancel. So much for 7 Free days. I cancelled but had to pay what I had signed up for since I cancelled on day 7. 3 months later I was re billed, cancelling with them is a nightmare and if you cancel incorrectly as I did you keep paying. I had no account with them and no means to cancel. I read through all ther legal stuff found a number in California and through them talked with a rep. She too could not find an account but would only partially refund me. No more Yahoo for me.

THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS. THEY HAVE A MACHINE TO VET PROFILES WHICH WRONGLY CLAIMS YOU ARE BREAKING THEIR RULES, BUT DOESN'T TELL YOU WHICH RULE OR WHICH PHRASE IS CAUSING THE PROBLEM.
THEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE EITHER DON'T REPLY OR THEY CLAIM TO HAVE FIXED IT, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
