Can someone tell me a legitimate email address to cancell this membership.

Hi there, I only joined last week and knew there was something wrong when I got some badly written private messages. I looked up reviews etc.
Anyway, if you go to FAQ there will be a list of questions. Click on "more" and "more" again. You'll end up going through several pages of FAQ's before you get to the option to cancel your "premium" membership.
Send them an email requesting cancellation and I am happy to say, I got a responce saying my membership will be cancelled next month.
What was strange was that when I went into settings I saw that my premium membership was up for 6 months, even though I only signed up for a month's trial.
Bastards.
I'll wait and see if they keep good on their word. I even took a screen shot of their email saying my subscription was terminated just in case.

How the hell do we cancel a BE2 membership without having to go through a FAX option. This is the only option i have been presented with. The FAQ more more option is not presented to me.

Can anyone help please ?
