My credit card was charged 6-24-2013 for a one month membership and on 6-25-2913 I requested a full refund which they said I would receive in a few days. I told them to completely remove anything about me in their data base. They use people who have quit or not logged into their account in over a month as matches for searches so if you don't pay attention to that and send them an email or a wink after they have your money, the winkee never get it and SeniorMatch uses those potential emails to try to get them to join again. They do not give you the option to search on that field to exclude those people because they don't want you to know how few subscribers they really have in your area. My first reply email was from a pervert and I contacted customer support immediately and within 24-hours got a reply telling me to block him through their email system so he could not contact me again. I asked what they were going to do about it and they said they couldn't just do it without investigating him even though I had attached the complete email I had received "through their system" to my email abuse report to their support department, plus they had a copy of it on their servers. I knew they were not going to do anything except keep his subscription money so I said I wanted my credit card charge reversed immediately because I did not want to be a member of any site that had a policy like that to allow the same pervert to contact other women the same way. I told them to lock me out immediately which they did. I am going to test their system to find out if they did erase everything about me in their data base so my picture can not be used by them as a subscription teaser for others. If they are still using it, I will go after them legally and I know how to do it and I will seek damages. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

I too ran into the same problem. Every one of the members (female) were not active for more than a month. A total fraud on their part.
