I cancelled my membership after weeks of emails and faxes in July 2012.

Today (for some reason) I checked my credit card statement (it's a card I dont use very often) and to my shock discovered that this bunch of cowboys had again managed to debit my account by £149.94 on 22 February 2013. My credit card company were good last summer in that they put a stop on this merchant as I had flagged to them that the paymetns were not authorised and therefore amounted to fraud.
The credit card company have again thankfully refunded this amount and put another stop on future payments. However, I am now forced to cancel my credit card account to make sure these thieves cannot take any more money.

This is truly shocking - why are they not shut down?
