Most of the fee based membership dating sites are very good at getting your credit card and processing fees. They use all kinds of methods to make it very difficult to cancel.

A very simple and legal method to cancel and / or get refunded any charges you did not agree too or were misled.

Always use a credit card, NOT a debt card. Call your credit card company and dispute the charges. Use these exact words and nothing else. I need to do a CHARGEBACK on the following charges by XYZ Company were not authorized by me (period) and if the credit card agent ask to explain, which they won't, all charges will be reversed immediately and the dating site will be sent a chargeback notice. They can try and fight it and fill out all the forms and supply all their policies and they lose, unless they can prove you clearly understood and agree with documentation. Even if they should happen to win the chargeback cost them $35 to $50. Always use your credit card, because you are protected by law.
