Sorry to say have been through this all myself and still dealing with it. The only way you can really beat them, is to unfortunately cancel your credit card and get a new one. Is a bit of a hassle now but is the safest way in the long run. A friend of mine went through all this about 18 months ago and finally thought they had sorted it all out. To her horror, 2 weeks ago she suddenly saw that they they had taking $245.00 off her credit card again. That was over 12 months since she thought it was finalised. So to protect yourself for even a couple of years down the track, just cancel it completely now. Then at least they can't get any more of your money......ever. Hope this helps.
