Be2.com's Crappy Membership Cancelling Process

Just to share cancellation instructions received from the site after numerous failed attempts to cancel. These instructions work to the point that I have sent a signed cancellation instruction by email and have received a receipt; whether my payment is actually cancelled remains to be seen. As a safeguard I have contacted my bank, who have raised a recurring card transaction cancellation form. Still not confident, but happier than when met with a brick wall.

My Profile > settings > Premium Membership view/Change > “here to continue” > “here for more information” > Premium Membership and Payment > Payment > How can I end Automatic renewal > End premium membership > Continue.

Save the form as a pdf and add a signature.

There are three ways to send your signed cancellation form to us:

as a fax to: +44 207 7859384

as a signed email attachment.
as a letter (suggest registering) to: be2 S.Ã .r.l. - 291, route d'Arlon - L-1150 Luxembourg

I should have come to this site earlier! I have paid the enormous amount demanded and cancel my credit card . DO NOT WISH TO GO BACK TO THEIR SITE TO DO ANYTHING ELSE! Have also ask the debt collector Auer Witte Thiel whatever to inform their client that I don’t wanna have any future doing with them but was given a lame response. I deleted the app after 3 days as it was UTTERLY USELESS! Then was sent the email for payment below . Damn it I should hv ignored it .
Hopefully my bank will help .
DEAR ALL PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE IT WILL ONLY SUCK YOU DRY INSTEAD OF GIVING YOU HAPPINESS !!!!

We are writing to inform you that we legally represent the company be2 S.à.r.l., 13 rue du Commerce,
LU-1351 Luxembourg. Our client operates the well-known premium dating platform singles50.

You registered on the singles50 Website and booked a paid premium membership. You registered using
your e-mail address *****@live.com, which you counter-confirmed. When you registered,
your personal details such as the user name and the bank details you communicated
were likewise stored. The IP address of your PC you used to make the booking was also recorded and
stored for legal purposes.

Unfortunately you have not paid the membership fee due.

As, regrettably, you did not respond to be2 S.à.r.l.'s reminder, our client has had to instruct our law
firm to claim the receivable due, and if necessary collect it.

We must therefore ask you to transfer the outstanding receivable amounting to EUR 270,88, which
includes the fees and interest, in the next few days albeit by not later than

17.07.2018.

We request that you comply strictly with this term of payment to avoid any further inconvenience.

For Payment via PAY PAL click the button below:

PayPalzahlung

For Payment via CREDIT CARD click the button below:

Kreditkartenzahlung

Paymentlink Auer-Witte-Thiel

In case the link should not work due to a setting of your computer, please open the attachment Part_2.html

For Payment by bank transfer, here is a summary of the details you require for the transfer:

Account holder: Auer Witte Thiel
Bank: Postbank (Giro)
IBAN :DE76 7001 0080 0005 2018 07
BIC: PBNKDEFFXXX
Amount: EUR 270,88
Subject: 28618010332

Please note that if the time limit were to lapse to no avail we would be forced to instruct a law firm
on the spot to further process and pursue before the courts the claim against you, which would
entail inconvenience and further costs for you.

Insofar as the currently owed amount is transferred entirely and on time, we can confirm you that
the contract is ended and no further claims brought against you.

Yours sincerely,

i joined for the trial, cancelled via website, email and by letter.
they said they never received web or email cancellation, even though i got a general "your email has been received" reply.
then they said the letter arrived and was postmarked a month after i sent it! I asked them to show me proof-none ever came.countless emails back and forth demanding payment from them,me saying i did actually cancel properly.(i had closed my bank account luckily so haven't lost any money).
i had a "legal" looking letter a while back, threatening action that could affect my credit record (??) if i didn't pay up.
This week i've got a letter from lawyers in Ireland saying it will go to court if i don't pay within seven days.
totally fed up/worried by all this. ANY ADVICE PLEASE??
