I agree with your requirements but have tried out a few of the dating sites you have listed over the years and the problem I have had is with the level of scammers sending me messages pretending to be someone else and later asking for money. You really need to take this aspect in to account far more before endorsing them. I live in Spain and have recently joined a dating site for ex-pats. So far it's been excellent with great support and clear payment options. I have not had a scammer message yet as they take it very seriously and have advised me that they do not allow people to join from IP addresses that originate from well known continents. But I see you have not re-viewed them! So how good it you list?
