Be2.com's Crappy Membership Cancelling Process

I am facing almost the same predicament. My bank is looking into this as my account was charged by be2.com when I have cancelled it 2 months prior to expiry via email and fax. They keep saying they did not receive it and wants a signed form as the one sent via email is not signed. No signature was required for signing for membership but when it comes to cancellation they insist on signed form even thou it is sent from my registered email address with be2.com.
The contacts provided in this site are all full of scammers. Please be warned.

Same problem here. I cancelled my membership by following the process on the site. That followed their request for feedback as to why I was leaving the site and then months later they want me to pay again. Frankly I have concluded that it is run by scammers for scammers. Interestingly when I have tried to communicate with their support about other matters, I never get a response. They are scum. They should be brought to the attention of Today Tonight for a bit of publicity.

I too have cancelled my membership after 5 days on this site. I received an email from them stating they have received my cancellation. I have electronically saved this email and printed it off. I plan on talking to VISA prior to the possibility of being billed and using this email as confirmation of the cancellation. It states they have received my cancellation and can confirm my membership will expire on 01.10.2012 and I will not be billed again after this date.
And this site is AWFUL! Full of scammers. It is unbelievable.

I've received the same email about not being about to get their 2nd payment as I cancelled my mastercard. I can't even get into my profile to make sure it was deleted.
