I agree. I also paid to join but did not even get confirmation of payment. Consumer assistance was non existent and right now my credit card company is looking into gettiny my money returned to me. Really, Big Church is a BIG waste of time and money!

I agree i created an account and when I log in they told me my account was suspended because my email was wrong, and now I am trying to get my money back.. I tried to look for customer service it was no where to be found i cancel my account and i never got a confirmation number.. there are better site than bigchurch bigscam!!

Same here... could not locate
or contact customer service.. and I canceled my membership back in August in there still debiting my bank account!!! I need a debitingcustomer contact number... or I need an email to cancel my account for good 2 bigcurch.com
