I am at my wits end in trying to cancel my premium membership. I have TRIED and TRIED in vain to follow all on line instructions inorder to cancel before the expiry date takes effect on 21st Dec 2011. I don't have a fax machine so have done my best to follow the other ways of cancelling but to no avail. I have time now to cancel but all I'm told by b2 is that they haven't recieved my cancellation. The links just aren't in place to be able to cancel. I just don't know what else to do! I am on jobseekers and cannot afford the automatic renewal. Thats why I just went on the premium membership for £5 as a way of being sensible.The whole process has stressed me out so much, I haven't eatern or slept. I am thinking of taking this further because when I read other peoples similar experiences, I'm shocked or more than shocked with a simple process which is ending up as a nightmare. PLEASE PLEASE HELP make this an easy process of cancelling membertship. There is no satisfactory customer service because we want to speak directly to someone at b2 and there isn't a telephone number to call. I feel cut off and feel b2 don't want their customers to be happy. It's a case of you can join but never leave. HELP. . .I'M SERIOUS!

These people are just plain old crooks! They should be incarcerated! It's people like this who make innocent people trying to make connections give up hope! Seriously, they should be removed from Google or any other search engine permanently!
