I wish I had Googled them before I joined Be2. Like everyone else paid the £5 fee for one month's trial - I forgot about it as I did not use it and then lo and behold they took £149 out of my bank account. I got the money back via my bank and now Be2 are threatening me with debt collectors. Tried to cancel my account with them but being given the runaround. Cannot do this online as my access is blocked so they will continually try to take out £149. I have cancelled my bank card however some people have said that you have to change your bank account details also as they will still be able to access your new card details? This is a concern and something that I will discuss with my bank. Looking at other complaints they use a company called Interim Justica (something like that). Can anyone tell me if they have had these letters and if so what the outcome was?

Hello I work for customer services at be2 and I would like to share some information from our side about be2 and our cancellation process. First of all: Please, if anybody reading is having difficulties with the site, they can write to me at (email automatically removed). I will do my best to resolve any issues you have. be2 is not a free service and we do charge at a variety of different prices and for different periods of time. We do not believe that the prices we charge are excessive, but people’s perception of the value does, of course, depend on their experience on the site. Not everybody is always satisfied and we understand that this it is impossible to provide a service that will work for everybody. However, many of our customers greatly enjoy their experiences on the site and go on to find a suitable partner. be2 does, like the vast majority of online dating agencies, automatically extend its customers subscriptions if they reach the end of their subscription period without cancelling. Cancelling is not difficult and you can access the cancellation process through your ‘settings’ tab in your profile. I hope this makes our position a little clearer. As I say, please do write to me at the above address with your individual issues and I will endeavour to help anybody who has problems. All the best Thomas be2 customer services.

Such Bull-Crap that this company is still in business AND other businesses like Facebook accept Ad dollars from them.

Yeah they got me to with there special introduction offer, once I realised what they were going to charge me, I tried but wasn't able to cancel on-line. Its now been several weeks now and still haven't been able to cancel. Stay clear of these sites they prey on the vunerable and design there stop automatic renewal process in away that is hard. What gets me is that they can take all your details and credit card info then sign you up on the internet but won't allow you to cancel online.

Urgent help required. I am at the process where unless I pay $234.00 and can access my site I can not get out of this. And then Im not sure if I can get of it altogether. What do I do?
