I THANK EVERYONE for their constructive replies to the be2-"dating" site. After reading this page, I use that term loosely!! As for Michaela, the be2 Rep., your answers are so typical of a company trying not to disclose those hidden agendas. They are brief, never truly answer the entire question or complaint, and ensure all will be done to satisfy clients. Yet still, here you are, and here they are... Your complaints with the BBB cont to rise, and so do the ones on these review sites.

Especially, it is Michaela's response on August 14 2009, to the person complaining of spamming, that really turned me off. Number one rule of customer service...never put down a client, after they have staged a valid complaint. You came off as being annoyed in your reply..."In fact, you did not email our feedback......." How dare you!

Because of these comments, and Michaela's doubletalk, I will NOT join this site. I will remain with the more reputable companies out there.

Hi wish I had read this first - I reported a scam - under the Ts & Cs but they did nothing - infact I have not been a member for long and have had at least 2 scam contacts - I went to the police unfortunately they couldn't do anything - however I thought the site would -WHAT A JOKE!! however at least 1 has removed their profile a major in the US Army based in Canberra - the other is still active - the story goes - moved to Melbourne - widower - wife died of cancer 7yrs ago - business is oil related - wants to retire and interested in uncut diamonds - so far so good!! well - Pinocio would not have enjoyed this as he would never have been able to stand up - next gets robbed in Moscow - c/cards - cash- all the ususal stuff in brief cases - finds a place to stay - finds a ph# for contact - local mobile turned off - requests money via western union to a different name in London - sound familiar ladies - and the 'customer service' have done nothing - good oh! and by the way had no one else to turn to.
