HUGE Ripoff, save your money!

This match making service charged me $4,000 that's right 4 thousand dollars for 4 dates
and offered no support services at all.

I was mislead by the heavyset blond that met with me to discuss the services Premier Match offered that I should quote "get ALL my outfits ready" and that she would be working WITH me to find and discuss matches. The website boasts that they provide 'dating coaching' which is the only reason I would pay such a fee but they offer nothing of the sort. I went on under 1 date a month and had no real contact with the staff after they took my 4,000 dollars. I asked several times for my feedback from the dates I went on which they also advertise and no feedback was ever supplied.

When I asked about more matches I was scolded and told that I singed a paper promising only 4 matches.

When I emailed to check if my account had been frozen while I was away I was told I must email them them next time instead of calling the office to freeze my account. If I hadn't paid so much I would not have been so dissapointed but now I'm still paying off debt for services I never received.

I agree with the previous comment - Premier Match is a not a good use of money and I found it led to more frustration than dating in the real world. The dates were clearly a function of the database, not a function of a considered match for me. I met perfectly nice men, but not a single match worth more than two dates. Attempts to work with Margaret (“the heavy-set blond”) to improve the matches were met with defensive protestations such as "it's a process, be patient." Women in your 30s beware: the majority (all?) of your dates will be with men at the very top of your age limit (Margaret will demand that you set the high end of your desired age range to at least 10 years older than your age) with assurances that your date is "very young at heart and in great shape." Don't believe it. Expect that your attempts to refine the dates you are being given will fall on deaf ears. The rate of roughly one introduction per month was also my experience.
