At first look,I found match.com dating site very interesting and with a lot of opportunites,but on second day of my 72 hr free membership trial I got suprise.I couldn't log in,and site redirect me to resolution@support.match.com,which isn't exsist and not possible to find anywhere.So after my unsuccessful attempts to log in to match.com and to find help,I called customer service phone number posted on this web-site.Customer representative took my username and other info,and told me he can't help,and I need to seek help from resolution@support.match.com.I informed him that this help doesn't exsist and I not able to find it anywhere.To make my story short,no solution was found.After searching customer reviews on-line,I found that I'm not alone.Many members have the same problem,and its usualy happens during free trial.Its leaving you without promissed service,credit card charges,stress,and absent ability to log in and cancel yours membership.You don't have any choice as to call your credit company and change your card,and put unlawful match.com charges for a dispute.This dating web-site promissed not to charge your credit card until 72 hr free trial ends,but in reallity they do,which I found after conversation with my credit card company.Something very stinky with match.com,and I would recommend everybody to think twice before giving them your credit card number or checking account.

I have recently joined "match.com" I paid my fees on Saturday, To my surprise my profile was chosen to be put in th "spotlight" Wow what a special treatment, Today when I wanted to log on, I was refered to the "resolutions and support department because there was a problem with my account. The problem is...There is no "resolutions and support "department , I have tried several times to contact "match" with no sucess , I would advise anyone interested in an on line dating service to stay away from Match.com, once they have your money, Your just dead meat, Better you spend your cash in a bar. At least you get a drink while you get screwed.......... Be safe, Jim

Yes, I do believe you that match.com is the company, who scam peolpes I have the experience just rigth now. I try to log-in at my account and I can't do it they want me to go to this site, at resolution@support.match.com that don't exsist....I never have a chance to meet anyone but they got my money too.... anyway just go to bar if you want to meet someone.

Same thing happened to me....WTF!!!!!!!!
they took my money, but that support site takes me to some yahoo *censored*...
they might as well take off the commercials on TV.
This is B.S. MATCH.COM MY BUTT.
