I have sent two faxes
And a numbed of emails to so-called customer services.
No reply.
Impossible to cancel online.
Fax!!! Who.uses fax these days?

No phone numbers
Very frustrating and feels like I've been scammed.
I did not intend to renew at higher rates.

where to go for some answers?

Hi i was eventually able to cancel my subscription but not my profile
I did not except the amount of to be taken out of my account and i am very unhappy that it did i only signed up in jan and they take 180 euro from my account this is unacceptable
can you please tell me if i will be due a refund

I cannot believe you cannot cancel your membership from the Be2 site. I have to cancel my credit card to be able to cancel the membership. DO NOT join Be2 dating site, it will cost you for months!!

Hi Micheala, I have a problem that i unsubscribed in December last year and yet now you have subtracted money from my account.
Please refund the funds that was withdrawn back into my account.
I am sure that you still have my details since you could have done the withdrawel out of my account.
Secondly delete me completely from your data base.

With those prices at be2. We should image that you were able to provide a decent service and terms of agreement like everyone else.

This is clearly still not the case if you go through each point the the TA.

I'll join the choir of people wondering how be2 can still be in business and not behind bars.

It is by law in many contries stated that it must be equally easy to sign-off as it is to sign-on any kind of payment plan or subscription. This is clearly not the case for be2

I am at my wits end in trying to cancel my premium membership. I have TRIED and TRIED in vain to follow all on line instructions inorder to cancel before the expiry date takes effect on 21st Dec 2011. I don't have a fax machine so have done my best to follow the other ways of cancelling but to no avail. I have time now to cancel but all I'm told by b2 is that they haven't recieved my cancellation. The links just aren't in place to be able to cancel. I just don't know what else to do! I am on jobseekers and cannot afford the automatic renewal. Thats why I just went on the premium membership for £5 as a way of being sensible.The whole process has stressed me out so much, I haven't eatern or slept. I am thinking of taking this further because when I read other peoples similar experiences, I'm shocked or more than shocked with a simple process which is ending up as a nightmare. PLEASE PLEASE HELP make this an easy process of cancelling membertship. There is no satisfactory customer service because we want to speak directly to someone at b2 and there isn't a telephone number to call. I feel cut off and feel b2 don't want their customers to be happy. It's a case of you can join but never leave. HELP. . .I'M SERIOUS!

These people are just plain old crooks! They should be incarcerated! It's people like this who make innocent people trying to make connections give up hope! Seriously, they should be removed from Google or any other search engine permanently!

six months later you still have the same problem i have tried to cancel my membership to no avail i was given a cancellation code and told to go to the cancellation site and add the code there is no such place on your site and i am seeking advice from a solicitor about this very matter yous are a scam company and the more people know this the better. i am going to log on to every social network site i know an announce this fact yous are a ridiculous company taking money from people seeking the one thing we all need which is love,

Yes been there done that!!! the only advice I can give and I will let everyone know out there!!!

DISABLE YOUR CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELTY BEFORE Be2 ACCESS YOUR FUNDS.

I found that was the only way!!!

I just had someone try to scam me using the be2 site - someone who is working out of Ghana and calls himself simpledude, 50 and from Fort Worth, Texas. He wasn't a really good looking guy in his profile - just an ordinary bloke who looked sincere. Needless to say, I'm a bit freaked out and want to end my subscription of what I thought was just a month's privilege to use the site for only $5 but have just realized that it will automatically be renewed at the end of the month. So, I wrote and got this letter back telling me how to unsubscribe. One goes to Profile/Settings/Payment and then clicks on a link at the bottom of the page. This is supposed to take you into a survey where you answer some questions about the service and then when you click another link, you're supposed to be given a cancellation code that you copy and paste into a specific email from them for the cancelling procedure. What a crock! It ended up taking me in circles - there is no cancellation code at all. So, I wrote them back - sent a letter to "opinion" and customer service.

If I don't get any satisfaction tomorrow, I will make sure that as many chat forums I can find about dating sites are made aware of this. I have already contacted customer service and told them about the illegal activity and this guy is still on the site.

be2.com? No, no, no. Stay away, stay away!!!

Nightmare to cancel,information went in loops on website, no contact phone numbers.

Emails are deliberately awkward from them, essentially stonewalling you by repeating a mantra of 'follow instructions on website' which as I stated above goes in strange loops.

The fax form that you have to sign ( and why fax to luxembourg for what is meant to be an online service !! ) is only availalble by pressing a sequence of buttons that are not in the description of the process for cancellation.

I wish I've read up more about 1Be2 before signing up. You took R999 from my account without my consent. I have tried to cancel with you guys but alas nooooooo success and now you have taken my money. This is bad service and bad communication from you guys. I have written numerous emails... No respond. What the heck? You guys OK with stealing money it seems
