I have to share my experience on these dating sites. I have found them a waist of time. About 98% of the people I contacted or contacted me were fake so, be very careful out there. You will need months to know what's up out there. Now days, the dating sites are being used by porno fricks and scammers...................good luck

I dont agree with this post. to actually find a companion online takes time and effort. you cant just make a profile then sit and wait for someone to come running to you. Just like in the real world, you need to actively look around and talk to people. lots of people. not just the hottest girls or guys in your area. some people dont have all the time in the world to go out and meet new people. some people are too shy to approach someone on the street, so they try online instead. if it's your first try at online dating, keep an open mind and realize it might not work out at first. It took me almost 7 months to find someone i liked online, and im still seeing that person til this day so it's not all hopeless fake scams. the site i joined was friendorama.com and it worked for me :)
