While there are many predators and sinners in the world, they do not limit themselves to the non-religious websites. We find the same thing in churches. Not everyone who attends loves the Lord.

I want to report a success story. I met the woman I have been dating for 7 months on the site. We emailed, chatted and texted then talked on the phone for 2 months before we met... Since then, our relationship has blossomed into what we perceive will be a life long committment.

I would caution any who use the site to read all the comments people put on there. I, however, am very glad to have used the site and believe God was instrumental in my girlfriend and I meeting and celebrating a future together.

oh yes believe met this guy -different job -same type of scam but trips to uk and ghana needed money last conversation -wanted deposit money into bank account -sent pictures -of course not himself-told him I was praying for him and feared for him -he will love you if send money-BEWARE

Two months? TWO MONTHS on the phone without any real face to face contact? Are you kidding me? Nobdy

in the 21st century moves at that kind of glacial pace anymore. By the end of two months, you should have hit the

sheets together or moved on to someone new........ Jesus!!!!

Yes, I do agree! I have been a member of Christian Mingle for 3 yrs, and I don't find this so call christian dating program good at all! I do feel that a few things do need to be changed and some new rules should be placed in. Why are there so many non christians on this dating program? I am a Child Of God who is looking for a real man of God who really means it in his heart for the Lord, and someone who is really looking for a serious realtionship. I did meet some guys on this web site and they all told me that they love the Lord Jesus so much, they have been serving the Lord for so many years, and that they do want to start their lives all over again by getting married. Boy did they STINK!!! They were all a bunch of fakers, phonies and liars!!! I am also getting sick and tired of all of these other men looking me up and they live so far away! I live in Brooklyn, not Florida, California, Texas etc. The things that I do see that does need to be changed is when you will look up their profile and there is not picture, and they leave it that way, or they will put a picture of them selves when they were 5 or 8 yrs younger. Then if you do want to meet with each other and then you will get a big surprize of what they look like now! (They will look different from what their shows) I also like the way how they leave their Introduction Blank! Or by saying "I will tell you later" What is that suppose to be?! When it shows what kind of church that he will be attending, it will show "Other" So I am really getting sick of this site and I am very dissapointed. I really do hope that Christian Mingle will clean up there act! I also do feel that Christian Mingle should screen these people before they allow them on.

Hi. As a christian man who lost his wife of 25 years I can not believe that you would make such comments about christian woman and men. Many of us hold marriage to be a holy thing, and woman as people to respect and share our lives with and to value their beliefs and dreams etc. NOT to be used and discarded.

It's obvious that this ^ person was trolling, but I can share my story. I met a guy online and we talked online for several months before finally he came all the way to Japan (where I am living now) from the U.S. and we spent two weeks together in which we did not have intercourse due to my religious beliefs. It IS possible and it DOES happen. Just because the troll can't believe it because they're projecting themselves onto others doesn't mean that it can't happen. Frankly they sound bitter.

If you are trying to get laid, why would you try a Christian site that is focused on building relationships? Most Christian denominations teach abstinence till marriage...and while this is not something many choose, it should be anticipated by those using a Christian site and, at the very least, respected. If you are looking for a quick lay, then you should just go to a more secular site.

some people still believe in what the Bible teaches about waiting till marriage to hit the sheets together. I think its great to find someone who really likes to spend time together and can grow old together .....

Yes, I agree with not much Christian based faith on this site. I would say Christianmingle is more greed based than anything.

I don't know about now but I met my wife on Christian Mingle in 2007. We just celebrated our 2nd anniversary. My suggestion is to know yourself and know what person would compliment your weaknesses. Be honest with yourself and with others, use wisdom and dsicretion
