I tried Christian mingle for the first time, never having used the internet much for social purposes. I rapidly became the victim of a predatory sociopath who deceived me, and I have a high IQ, into emailing him. This individual has hacked my computer and has sent out his team to steal my postal mail. I talked to another woman in person who lives in the area and she confirmed sadly that she had encountered the same man about a year ago. He used the same pictures, same story, and same fake profile. She was unhackable so he talked her into a phone conversation in which he bragged about the crimes he and his friends had committed against the "stupid Christian," and any woman who made the mistake of not wanting "just sex." Apparently, that phrase was a trigger for this predator and he would give pictures, allow his friends to hack into their email/computers, find their home and steal their mail and identities. He had told her his friends made a living doing it, were not afraid of anything or the police, had gotten into violent altercations with victims trying to catch them, and even had killed a dog that was barking at them. Like me, this woman was too terrified to fight back or to turn the person in. He has our pictures, and now our identities. My entire family's safety has been compromised by my innocent trial of this seemingly safe site. BEWARE he presents himself as a rather desperate(i.e., overly complimentary), brief writer, and a humble Christian, but is really a despicable monster praying on moral and trusting women. Sisters, be very very cautious!!!!

A male cannot steal female identities, there are plenty of fail safe's "now-adays". It's actually against the law not to turn him in, it's the only safe thing to do. To not is completely selfish from your family, the other womans' and any person who comes across this criminal. Furthermore, this happens on ALL social networks, no need to give "Christian Mingle" a bad rep. just for someone that they don't know about bc you haven't reported him. Do the right thing here lady.

You should at least report him to the website, so they can block him. Do you want to feel responsible for this happening to other women?

I agree the service is garbage. I both emailed and called them about the so off matches they were sending. Made it seem as though I did not specify "important " -- ridiculous. when I signed up for paid service, it automatically charged me for 6 months. I thought it was month to month. The insult to injury is they do not refund your money for the unused months.

Could you please give us more info on this Person? Even some clues? This would really help and People would be able to watch out. You should provide this if your experience is true and you are willing to assist others. I understand being careful generally but how are we supposed to beware about who we don't have a clue about? Cheers!

i also found there was not much christian faith based on that site at all. i felt i had more dignity on regular sites. what a sex hungry pack. let them all loose and they have a serious sleepover. really sick!!! for a while i hung out in chat but these people seemed to just be friends and go to their occasional bashes, but as far as morals, good night irene!!!! all were hungry wolves to find their men again and have sex. then this so called christian site automatically charges you and does not even honor your cancellation when you cancel at the very time? do you really keep the subscription date on your calendar? or don't you think they owe it to you to at least send you a wanring email the sub is running out? no christinanity in this! capitalistic at best! it is all about exploiting people who are lonesome and wish they had asomebody to love in their lives. i also saw predators and houdinis, people who wrote me and when i checked them out ttheir profile had vanished. scams of sorts. greedy scam with trashy people!!!

yea the people i viewed on christian mingle that i tried to get in contact with were unreacheable. Once you sign up they have got you. Make sure you turn off the auto-renewal in account settings.
