Has anyone had any success with Badoo? I just joined this week and started using it. It is a little different than other sites I find since you pay as you go instead of paying every month. I have sent out a few contacts and am hoping for some replies tonight.

What do others find that make a good first contact message? I tend to have fairly long ones. They take me a good half hour to write and are probably about 800 words or so. The last one I just did on Badoo was probably over 1000 words

I have actually used the same message for different people a few times. They are interested in the same thing as me so I was finding I was writing basically the same message anyways. I usually write about how I like their profile and photo. I also bring up their interests for example biking and mention how I enjoy it as well, and the equipment I have, and where I like to ride... that sort of thing.

Is this getting to personal or boring for the first contact message? I haven't had much success yet so any help would be appreciated!
