At the time of this posting in the middle of the afternoon on Monday it is at 526556.

That is a lot of people currently using Plenty of Fish but I bet it is a lot higher at night and on the weekends.

BTW do you think they ever had over a million online at once?

On the weekend I say over 700,000 members online at once. Do you think this is all online members at POF or just the US ones?

I guess mornings are not as good. Currently (Tuesday morning at 6:36am EST) they show 281,542 members online. I would guess people on shift work have to work a bit harder on a dating site since we cannot login at the best of times.

Not really sure the amount of people on p o f, but I tried them and can tell you quality is sometimes better then quantity.
On the free sites I had to navigate through the people just wanting a hook up and the people that seemed to be criminals, because they don't do background checks.
