I am a member of POF, and just wondered why some people you'd like to contact, block people from contacting them? This isn't on upgrade, but just that some people you try to contact, it just says they'll only have contact with certain people.

Can anyone answer this question please?

POF automatically blocks access from you contacting people who are either too old or young for you. I believe the age limit for contact is 10 years.

A lot of women also block communication if the person doesn't meet a certain set of criteria. You can base this on almost anything in the profile including location and the type of relationship. See our POF review for more details.
