I have been unable to register with LL.

First, they require a picture, but multiple attempts have not succeeded in uploading a picture.

Second, I have sometimes gotten a Login page, with my email address and a filled-in password. When I click Login, I am told that the email address or password is invalid. When I clicked Forgot password, I am told the my email address is not recognised, even thought it was displayed.

Five or six Contact us requests for help have led to no response.

Any suggestions?
