Eharmony charged my car without my permission and refused to refund. They're so used to complaints, they act like they'll refund and then don't. It's standard operating procedure. If you're burned, here's their number: 626-795-4814. Also, contact the bbb listed on their site and file a complaint online. I did.

I got in under their free profile period, so I did one, and was told it only costs if and when a match is found and you want to reply to it. The bad news is, it has never found me a match. The good news is, it has never charged me.

Have you contested the charge with the card company?

This is not the first time I have heard this about them. They did the same thing to a frind of mine. She contested it with her card company and they got the money back for her.
