I have had a few emails lately about this question!
Names have been changed or removed for privacy.
Pof sent me a message two days ago saying that my password expired and that I had to give a new password which I did, and now I can't log in. I've tried all suggestions but no success.

Hi,
You probably typed in a slightly different password than you thought when you changed it. You could try retrieving your password by entering your email address here to see if it is the same:
http://www.plentyoffish.com/getpassword.aspx
Once you submit the form with your email address (make sure it is the same one you signed up with) you should get an email within a minute or so giving you your password that POF has on file. Use this password when you try to logon again.
