Wholeheartedly agree. I'm currently seathing over FriendFinders' acquisition of The SpringStreet network of personals. They've killed a small, but excellent dating network. They lost my messages in the transition, including contacts, details, etc, that I had not yet recorded elsewhere. And worst of all, because of friendfinders' policies, I have no way to contact those other members to regain that information without signing up for one of their premium accounts. This, despite the fact that I had credits paid for under the old system.
