This site is a scam, they tell you that you can create a free profile and then send you all these emails and when you pay for a membership the emails stop coming. You have to look at the profiles on this website and if at the top it has an OC this means that this is a fake person and this is there way of getting you to pay for a membership.

It's a pretty common trick. I think all the "hookup" sites use it. There's plenty of genuine stuff happening there, though, even if on balance it's really more about the porn than the hooking up.

This is completely TRUE. I have just cancelled their fake site. You have to make an international phone call to the 3rd party company to supposedly stop payments continuing. It is only by bombarding their own customer service email address with threats of having them investigated you get a reply saying your account has been cancelled.

The 3rd party email address detailbill.com does not exist this comes back as undeliverable. They must be the same company.

If you reply to any of these messages on site you will most definitely receive a message saying thy want to meet you, when you reply to these you d not hear from them again. A scam they think will keep you paying a monthly fee for. It becomes more obvious when you get far too many saying they want t meet especially after you have deleted the profile photo. Who would want to meet someone they do not know what they look like. I did not notice the OC on their profiles as this clearly stands for Online Cupid which I disabled as an option. Tried using block user on one and yet still received messages from that user. Obviously fake. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS a normal dating site th users would more likely ignore you until you message them NOT approach you if you are a man!!

Am constantly now checking my bank account to check they are not still taking any money and told them to get stuffed or I will constantly bombard them with Int'l phone calls even if it is 67p a throw on BT.

Have just followed this link to find nothing but mostly positive reviews - unfortunately when I tried to leave a negative comment on Casual Encounters this was NOT PUBLISHED - what a surprise!!! TAKE IT FROM THOSE WHO HAVE TRIED THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM TO ROB YOU BLIND - DO NOT TRUST IT. Would you want to submit your card to a company that is that difficult to cancel payment they have to invent a company called detailbill.com so they can avoid contact unless on an int'l phone call. Hey guys, did you ever get any of the "women" to contact you via a second email address ? If you imbed a contact email in your profile you will eventually have the joy of being contacted by on of their semi-literate "American born" Nigerians who will want to call you on your phone before they "come back home to the states" and meet the man of their dreams. What a load of horse hocky ! Stay away !

it seems the site has gone down hill even moreso than when on there 2yrs ago..I had no problem cancelling then..[lucky me I guess],they used another site to collect the cash and it was one of the legit collection sites so it wasn't a problem to cancel.Greed has and always will be a problem for people like them..another to stay clear of is benaughty it has a base in scotland/uk but going by what the forum says it has russian homebase and has many branches with different names so to sum it up they are all a con and as an earlier guy wrote spend it down a local bar,at least you know what you're getting into...one success story though was when I met a girl on amaturematch and arranged to meet her when I worked up in newcastle and surprise she brought a friend for safety reasons and I had the both of them,but that was the only real contact I ever had on any of these sex sites... well good luck guys...

I just had the same problem girls were sending messages, then i would reply....and hear nothing back. this sit was called rude finder. stay clear i got a refund after threatening to take legal action and discrediting them all over the internet. and now i tried amature match and found the same bull *censored* women were contacting me before i even had any pictures or profile done ,,but this time i did not pay anything because they said it was free to join ...but to answer any message you had to pay more....you would be better of renting porn at least you know what your getting for your money. i will not go on dateing sits again. there are to many scamers out there. it seems to be the thing these days people getting scamed left and right NO ONE CAN BE TRUSTED ANY MORE>.especially on the INTERNET....

Let me tell you my experience with this scam of a site. I signed up and actually paid for 3 months of service on 11/4/11. After only 3 days I cancelled. Why? Every time I went into the chat room it was flooded by women giving out their yahoo id's trying to get unsuspecting men to visit their web cam sites. I complained over and over through their report spam feature and emails. Once I was having a very nice conversation with a woman and the flooding got to be so bad that she left. After complaining to them about this turn of events in a rather harshly worded letter, suddenly I was unable to log into my account. Keep in mind that I paid for 3 months of service and have at this time gotten less than a full month. I have sent them several emails demanding that they either fix my account or refund me for the last 2 months. This site IS A SCAM. There are better dating sites out there. Don't waste your money or your time on this one.

This is a fake site, total bull *censored*. I also was on the site as a paid member for close to 5-6 months and got to nowhere. I have talked to several dozen "female" members and none of them gave me their numbers.

When I started giving them my number (about a dozen of them), none of them ever called me. Even when they said that they will call on a specific day and at a specific time, nothing happened.

The site is full of cam girls who flood the chat room and try to get you signed up on their own web sites for a paid membership, or 'free membership' by taking your credit card number, supposedly, for verifying that you are 18y. old. It is all bull *censored*, I never went to their sites. Isn't obvious that if I am a paid member on this site, then I do have a credit card and thus I am an adult, and there is no need for further verification.

One time I was talking to an Asian girl in amateurmatch chat room, our conversation then moved to yahoo messenger with live video stream and after 20 minutes of talking, she pretended of getting a call from her brother in Philippines asking for money to cure their supposedly ill mother. (The mic was on, and there was no phone call, she just claimed that she got a phone call). Two minutes after that she began harassing me by trying to pressure me into sending money to some bank account in Philippines. Of course I didn't do that, however this incident just further proved that the web site was fake, full of scam artists and fraudsters. So I closed my account with them the same day. This is an online fraud. It should be investigated by federal authorities.

Like everyone else has said this is a complete scam and you'll find all messages or emails from women have OC on their profile which is an Online Cupid which is either a bot "automated" or a third party paid by the site.I found this out on an affiliate site SPEEDBOINK which shared the same chat room and had to change accounts because of problems of all sorts.Later I realised that emails sent to me had their original content completely changed which happened with many who contacted me and I complained and eventually had my account changed to a new one but used the same photo and username with an extra digit and received emails from so many I had already been communicating with on my previous account with the exact first email I'd received from them as if we had never chatted.This just proved it was all a scam and I found out about Online Cupids and then lost my cool saying you have me talking to robots etc to which they replied that this information was on the site but I found it could only be seen before joining as a paid member in small print copied and shown to me by staff from the site while I was making a complaint which most don't bother to read but the amount of messages was huge with many replying back and forth however all were OC's,not a single real person and the chat room full of cam girls and women from Ghana or straight out scammers.Those using amature match watch out for a philippino girl going by several names such as Trixie Rodriguez,Lovely Panton,Sherin Mantung as she starts out asking for help for her brother or anything else using a fake photo,stay well cllear there are so many scammers who can sound extremely convincing and even asking to view them on cam it can still be a scam and will spend hours chatting daily slowly working towards their real reason being trying to scam for money.So many sites are just the same and SPEEDBOINK who is an affiliate site to Amature Match where people can view your profile changed their entire site due to my complaints and I had copied every conversation with a cam girl or scammer and conversations that moved to Yahoo and sent them all to the complaints dept threatening to expose.Save your money and go to a bar as it seems every second woman is either a cam girl,part of a scamming family from Ghana,Nigeria or Phillipenes are the main ones and very easy to tell.Do not leave the site chat if you are on it as you then get hassled nonstop.These people don't care who they scam and can cause major problems for those who may not be sound of mind and take out their frustrations on innocent women or even hurt themselves.As the saying goes,if it seems too good to be true it is and look out for those saying they live close to you.
