I think my relationship with my GF is a mess. She is going through a divorce and we plan on getting married. Buttttttt…. She is currently working for her soon to be ex at a family business. She wants to keep working there. I don’t feel good about this. It’s time to break the ties all around.

Have you talked to her about your concerns? Is she willing to get a different job? I must admit that even I would be jealous if my partner was working with their ex 8-10 hours a day. Is this "her" family's business or "his"? This plays a large part of it too. If it's her family's business then there really is no reason why she should leave. Really, I think her soon to be ex should be the one recognizing that it's time to move on both personally and professionally.
